there will be zero tolerance of hatred of any kind. racism, transphobia, homophobia and anything of the like is a fast track to getting you blocked. while some people like using phrases to "take back" such terms, i personally am not comfortable with them (eg: the f slur) and would prefer it if you don't use them around me.discussions of religion and politics, unless you are a close friend, are also a absolutely fast way to get blocked. i like to keep real life away from my gaming space and from my role-play space. in-game politics and religion? that's fine. real life topics? no. keep that away from me, thank you.

keep in-character and out-of-character relations and topics as such. just because i'm willing to role-play themis in a romantic setting with you does not mean that i'm going to be wanting more out of character. what themis and elidibus think are not shared ideals with their role-player. there are extreme differences between the character and the role-player and i'd like to keep it that way.i also very greatly value my own privacy, out of character. the most i'm willing to share with most people is what you can find on this carrd or hades' carrd. please do not ask about ooc information about me.

as an adult, i like my spaces to be that of adults. i'm not always going to be role-playing anything NSFW in topic, and that's not the purpose of such a rule. i don't feel comfortable role-playing or interacting with those who are under the age of 18, and i hope this is well respected.i'm more than happy to include anyone in role-plays, regardless of which race they play as. i am willing to role-play and interact with lalafell characters. i don't view them as children nor child-coded, otherwise this would be vastly different. if your character is under the age of eighteen or treated as such, then there's absolutely zero chance of any NSFW, even if the role-player is an adult.

please, please ask before you message me about anything NSFW with themis / elidibus. while i am comfortable writing such things and often will ship themis / elidibus with just about any person that even breathes near him, i do not like randomly being messaged just for sexual topics.while i do role-play an NPC , that does not mean that you can just treat me, or my character, however you wish. if you wouldn't go up to a random person on their OC and do whatever you're about to do or message me about, then don't do it to me. an excited compliment about him is fine, but messaging me sexual things out of no where is a fast track to being blocked.

while i welcome just about all topics in role-play, having very few limits to what i won't role-play (as long as it's private), that doesn't mean that i'm comfortable with everything and i would like discussion and to have things asked before anything is done. while this hasn't been an issue on this character, i do have previous experience on another NPC of mine where people will force their own headcanons and relationships on me, without asking if i'm comfortable with such a thing.if you randomly come up to me in-character, without previous discussion, and try to say themis is your character's lover or he's a family member of theirs, i will likely not engage. it's a very awkward situation to deal with and it's not generally pleasant to be doing a guessing game of what i'm supposed to do. i am not socially adept enough to do that on the fly without prior discussion.

last thing to be warned about - i play themis and elidibus as two very separate people. while it's true that his personality is vastly different based on the point in time you meet him, there is also something else that i put forth with him. his emotional side, where he's just himself, is who i call themis. when he has to turn off his emotions and view things in a strict good-or-evil light, to rule what is fair and what is not, that is who i call elidibus. those two personalities are often extremely different from one another.and, because they are still technically of one soul, you are warned that you cannot truly kill them unless you have a huge power source and a large amount of white auracite at the ready. and if you kill elidibus, you also kill themis, and vice versa. even with that, though, elidibus and themis are both my baby boys and there's a very low chance i'll actually do perma-death role-play.

before anything has gone wrong, themis often didn't have too many features that made him stand out, beyond his very short height and oddly deep voice.
however, under his robes lie three scars that were too deep to be immediately healed when they happened. one scar from under his left pectoral muscle down to the tip of his hip bone on his left side. a set of scars in a half circle enclose around his right thigh, just above his knee, as though something large bit him and left a lasting mark. and lastly, a scar to the right side down his spine from his shoulder blade to his tail bone.

in addition to the scars above still being on his body, due to his time with zodiark, elidibus has started to have his body corrupted by darkness, his feet and hands a dark purple, with more of the darker pigment climbing up his arms and legs. in a star shaped pattern across his abdomen, there is a scar of the very injury that defeated zodiark.

a body that's fresh from any scars or marks binding him to an elder primal, the only abnormal feature that themis has as a viera, is the amount of fur upon his body - fawn patterned grayish white fur runs along his shoulders and back, even as far down to his legs. depending upon how far into his viera form he desides to go, he also will showcase large, fluffy paws.

  personality.     Although it has not always been the case, at some point during maturity, training to become the best he could be to provide for the star, Themis has developed a split personality of the sorts. When it comes to his duty, he pushes aside all personal emotions and feelings, going about things objectively and logically, for what's best for all involved in a situation. When he had been picked to become the next Elidibus, this other side of him was finally given a name - and as thus, he goes by two very different names who both have their own very different perspectives on the outlook of things.As Elidibus, he will always put his duty and the well-being of everyone, of the entire star, before his own wants and his own needs. The needs of one is often out-weighed by the needs of many, and even if it affects something near and dear to his heart, Elidibus will always make the larger population his priority. Even if he tries to take a warmer approach, he often comes off cold and logical, the usual friendly nature having to be swept away as he gives his judgement of a situation. While some of his rulings seem unfair to the few he weighs against, he almost always does such decisions with the most information he can gather to make sure that everything is as fair as can be. While he's open to suggestions before he makes his absolute ruling, to allow ventures of other options in extreme cases, once time runs out, before lives are lost, he will almost always make his final choice, even if it's personally painful or otherwise.Themis, however, as himself, is a very sweet and gentle person. He gets attached rather quickly, and he enjoys the soft and sweet things that life provides. A very quick way to get him to soften up to someone is to provide him with sweets or flowers; both if you're really trying to sweeten him up. While the little guy may be stubborn to a fault, he is surprisingly easy-going with rules unless absolutely needed or dire. For non-serious matters, he's usually very lax - and he remains as Themis, even going as far as to not correcting someone if they do not call him Elidibus. This makes him extremely patient with just about anything that does not involve immediate harm. With a spark of mischief, Themis may also enjoy pulling small pranks or teasing others around him when he's relaxed enough around them. An easy feat, really, considering how trusting and gentle-hearted he truly is. His overly emotional, overly attached self is precisely why he keeps Elidibus and Themis ever so carefully different, so that he may turn off his emotions to deal with the much more difficult choices that life may throw his way. He's quiet, but enjoys social settings, getting to see people in their natural element. More of a social wallflower, if such a thing exists. He's happy merely to just be around others who are enjoying themselves.Deep down, no matter which persona he puts forth, he genuinely cares to the point it hurts. No one loves his people, nor his family, more than he does. He's fiercely protective, and even when he forgets who he's fighting for, the love in his heart for everything and everyone that he's so desperate to get back will always keep him going, pushing him beyond what limits may be possible even for his kind. Protective to a fault with a bleeding heart, Themis and Elidibus both will stop at nothing to fight for those they love, even should they forget.

  abilities.  

creation magicks. as with most from the ancient times, themis can use a specific type of magic called creation magic that allows him to change the form of aether around him. from one thing into another, he can create whatever he puts his mind to. this also includes changing his form, voice and anything else.
transformation. never over the years, has this one thing been forgotten - his transformed self's appearance. when the situation calls for it, and rarely should it ever, themis can transform himself into a warrior that resembles what one might call a valkyrie, three times, if not more, the size of even the largest of men.
soulsight. although it is nothing like what emet-selch nor hythlodaeus can do, themis is gifted with ever the smallest amount of soulsight. with enough concentration, he can see the color of one's soul - anything more will cause a headache, and if he tries to use it to the extent of following someone, he'll get a nosebleed. using it for longer than a few moments is often likely to cause him to pass out from over-exertion.
the echo. themis possesses an extremely strong echo, even when compared to the other ancients and ascians alike. transcending his limits to fight for what he believes in, be it in ancient times or modern, themis has an extremely strong grip on reaching into the power that gives so many an advantage.

  summary.     deimos is themis' most adored soul, a lover of his who he holds near and dear to his heart. there is no one who he could love more, who he will blindly follow more, than deimos. of course, he's also the voice of reason around him, but where deimos uses weapons, he uses words instead.

a cherished friend.

  summary.     emet-selch is someone that themis will always blindly adore and trust, as he does with every convocation member. as he views the convocation as his family, so too, does he share an ever so gentle bond with emet-selch. he is one of the only two souls he could save during the sundering.

  summary.     lahabrea is a man who has long been by themis' side, guiding him as he became elidibus and guiding him further afterwards. as is with every convocation member, he treasures and adores lahabrea, having a very secure bond with one of the only two souls he could save when the sundering happened long ago.

  summary.     misguided oh so long ago, themis once met erichthonios as just himself - not as a convocation member, but as someone who wishes to save him and the rest of those who worked in pandaemonium. ever since such a thing, themis has thought of erichthonios in an extremely fond manner, absolutely adoring him.

  summary.     thanks to her familial ties to someone he holds ever so dear, his relationship with her makes him rather bitter towards her, his opinion low of her on how she treated him. even more, the manipulation of everything after makes him on edge whenever she's around.
